Mastercard’s Enterprise Credit Risk team seeks a Senior Software Engineer – Java Full Stack to design, build, and modernize applications powering credit decisioning, risk management, and customer experiences. Hybrid role in O’Fallon, MO requiring three onsite days weekly.

The ideal candidate combines strong Java backend expertise with modern frontend skills and a track record delivering secure, scalable enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer or similar.
• Strong Java development skills with Spring ecosystem.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build secure, resilient backend services using Java/Spring Boot.
• Develop modern UI with React/Angular/TypeScript and related tech.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions.
