Job summary

EPAM Systems in the United States is seeking a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer to deliver and maintain end-to-end features on APX using Java 8/11 and the Spring ecosystem.

You will join Scrum teams, implement secure, scalable backend services, and contribute to CI/CD with Jenkins, Artifactory, and Sonar while coordinating work through Jira and Bitbucket. Proficiency in English (B2) is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java development experience (Java 8/11) with Spring framework.
• 5+ years delivering APX features or maintaining complete solutions.
• Proficient in Scrum and Agile practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling: Jenkins and Artifactory.
• Experience with code quality tooling: SonarQube, Bitbucket.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions and features on APX aligned to business needs
• Build and maintain backend services using Java 8/11 and Spring Boot
• Implement security, data access, batch processing, and cloud integrations with Spring modules
• Deliver unit tests and functional tests to support E2E flows and release quality
• Apply Scrum practices to plan, estimate, and deliver sprint commitments
• Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Artifactory, and SONAR
• Manage source control and code reviews in Bitbucket and support team collaboration
• Track work and coordinate delivery using Jira
• Deploy and operate solutions in AWS following continuous delivery practices
