Responsibilities include leading cross-functional delivery, ensuring security and 508 accessibility, and driving CI/CD adoption. Top-Secret clearance and 7+ years' experience required.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong UI design skills with React, JavaScript and CSS.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications from concept to deployment.
• Proficient in Java, Spring, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, Maven, Git/GitLab.
• AWS (S3, EC2, ECS, Aurora), Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-stack design and development using Java, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Boot, React, PostgreSQL.
• Build modern UI components and ensure scalable database schemas.
• Develop and maintain secure RESTful APIs and data migrations.
• Manage deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, support agile ceremonies, and ensure accessibility and security.
