The ideal candidate combines strong Java/Spring and Angular fundamentals with hands-on experience delivering AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and security-focused development in a regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise-grade applications with Java/Spring and Angular.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Strong security mindset with ability to identify and fix vulnerabilities in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Generic managerial skills, if any.
• Technical leadership across engineering teams without relying solely on formal authority.
• Translate security and platform risks into prioritized engineering roadmaps.
• Executive-ready communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional decision-making.
