Job summary

Northern Base in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to build enterprise-grade applications and bring agentic AI into production.

The ideal candidate combines strong Java/Spring and Angular fundamentals with hands-on experience delivering AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and security-focused development in a regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise-grade applications with Java/Spring and Angular.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Strong security mindset with ability to identify and fix vulnerabilities in regulated environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a senior Java Full Stack Engineer who can build enterprise-grade applications and bring agentic AI into production. The ideal candidate combines strong Java/Spring and Angular fundamentals with hands-on experience delivering AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot. The candidate must also bring a security-first mindset, with practical exposure to identifying and fixing application vulnerabilities in a regulated enterprise environment
