Job summary

Saicon is seeking three experienced Java Full Stack Developers to join an offshore POD supporting enterprise applications. You will leverage Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Apache Spark to build scalable, cloud-enabled systems and microservices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack development.
• Strong OOP and design principles.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with distributed/offshore teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices following industry best practices.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular 8.
• Implement high-performance data processing solutions using Apache Spark.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Develop event-driven applications using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Collaborate with onsite architects, tech leads, and cross-functional teams across SDLC.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design sessions, and code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.
• Develop unit/integration/automated tests and ensure software quality.
• Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer.
