Job summary

7Th Sky Tech is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer for a hybrid role based in North Carolina. The candidate should have 8+ years of SDLC experience with strong Java backend, frontend, microservices, REST APIs, and SQL proficiency.

You will work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional IT/software development across the full SDLC.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and J2EE.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Solid experience with SQL, JDBC, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using Angular 16+.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; familiarity with JIRA/Confluence.
• DevOps/deployment tooling such as Harness and uDeploy.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications throughout the full SDLC.
• Develop scalable backend services and microservices using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs supporting JSON/XML formats.
• Develop responsive web apps using Angular 16+ and modern frontend tech.
• Work with SQL databases, write efficient queries and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with DevOps on builds, CI/CD, and releases.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Write unit and integration tests with JUnit/Mockito.
