Innova Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer for a 12-month contract in Charlotte, NC (hybrid three days onsite). You will lead enterprise modernization, architect microservices, and build RESTful APIs with React front-end, Java backend, and cloud-native tech across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Java enterprise application development.
• Experience building modern full-stack applications using React 18 and Java, with strong expertise in architecture and design patterns.
• Proven experience leading large-scale application modernization and digital transformation in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful API development, SQL Server, performance tuning, and scalable design.
• Hands-on experience with Python and contribution across the full stack.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Kafka or similar event-driven messaging frameworks.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Prior experience in financial services, governance, risk, or compliance domains preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture and roadmap for enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Drive microservices design, REST API development, database strategy, and performance optimization.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Make technical decisions, assess risks, and guide multiple development teams.
• Support Agile delivery including sprint planning and backlog refinements.
• Ensure security, compliance, scalability, and maintainability in a banking environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Governance, Risk, and Compliance initiatives.
