Job summary

Ethereum Technologies is seeking an experienced Java professional to design, develop, and maintain scalable Java 18+ applications. You will build and manage microservices with Spring Boot, containerize with Docker in a cloud-native setup, and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and MQ.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot performance issues, and stay current with Java frameworks and cloud tech.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on experience in Java 18+ development.
Proficiency in building REST, microservices using Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization in cloud-native environments.
Strong expertise in Kafka and MQ for messaging and event-driven systems.
Relational and NoSQL database experience.
Git and Agile methodologies experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications.
Develop and manage microservices using Spring Boot 3.5.
Build and deploy containerized apps using Docker in cloud-native environments.
Implement event-driven architectures with Kafka and MQ.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver software solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor code for performance, scalability, and security.
Stay updated with latest Java frameworks and cloud technologies.
Follow best practices including testing, code reviews, and documentation.
