Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior Trade Payables Finance Systems lead in Jersey City, NJ. The role guides business solution analysis and technology delivery for Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance platforms.

You will drive architecture, stakeholder alignment, and team leadership to deliver scalable, compliant IT solutions. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of hands-on experience, strong SAFe and DevOps background, and a proven ability to lead multiple engineering teams in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on business solution analysis and technology delivery experience.
Leadership of multiple product-centric engineering teams in a large organization.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality technology products in fast-changing environments.
Experience driving software delivery transformation with SAFe Agile practices.
Knowledge of Domain Driven Design, BDD, TDD and DevOps practices.
Delivery skills as a contributor or project lead on complex systems.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead a Business Solution Analyst unit for Trade Finance / Supply Chain Finance systems.
Collaborate with Product, Operations and Engineering to define vision and strategy.
Direct IT project leadership with risk, scope, and delivery coordination.
Research and design new solutions to keep systems competitive and scalable.
Promote innovation and modern development practices across teams.
Drive cross-product architecture with CI/CD and DevOps adoption.
Manage regulatory agenda with stakeholders to ensure compliant delivery.
Oversee end-to-end delivery including planning and client management.
Provide expertise in projects and mentor analysts for growth.
Establish design patterns and scalable integration standards.
