Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to develop, test, and maintain core product applications. You will work on Java web services using Spring Boot, manage code with Git, and participate in design reviews and CI/CD improvements.

The role requires strong SQL skills, RESTful API design, and hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes. Excellent communication and collaboration are essential in this hybrid, on-site role based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient with Git source control and Git flow.
• Spring/Spring Boot framework is required.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and Kafka.
• Proficient in RESTful service design and SQL.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex features for Early Warning core product offerings.
• Manage source code with Git and review pull requests.
• Build and maintain Java web services using Spring Boot.
• Create automated tests and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Document decisions in Confluence and collaborate across teams.
