Creative Information Technology, Inc. (CITI) is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications focused on Identity, Credential and Access Management.

You will work with architects, analysts, product owners, and dev teams to deliver robust software with modern practices. Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java.
• Strong expertise in Java 11/17+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience designing microservices and RESTful APIs; cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of security controls (NIST 500-53, FedRAMP) and OWASP.
• Experience with: Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Splunk/ELK, Grafana/Prometheus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑performance Java applications.
• Lead the development of enterprise‑grade apps using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party systems.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform security assessments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance and security.
• Participate in architecture discussions and CI/CD implementation.
