Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with 2 years' software engineering experience.
• Alternatively, 4 years’ software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong Java/Spring Boot background and cloud/native app design.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level designs for small to medium projects with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver code on time.
• Guide and support small engineering teams, including offshore associates.
• Create documentation, tests, and automation scripts for CI/CD.
• Monitor performance and implement scalability improvements.
