Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a Senior Java Developer in New York, NY to design, implement, and optimize enterprise Java applications. You will work with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security to deliver scalable, secure solutions for financial systems while adhering to TDD and best practices.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams, and drive performance improvements for low-latency requirements. A Bachelor’s degree and green card are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Java development.
• Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
• SQL and database performance tuning.
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit/integration tests.
• Experience with multi-threading, concurrent programming, and low-latency systems.
• Object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Requires a Green card.
