Job summary

GHX is seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer in Hyderabad (Hybrid) to design, develop, and scale backend platform supporting millions of transactions. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable software and mentor junior engineers while leveraging AI-assisted tooling to improve productivity.

The role requires strong Java/J2EE, Spring, AWS, and CI/CD experience, with a focus on performance, reliability, and collaboration in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional Java/J2EE development experience.
• Strong unit testing experience (JUnit).
• Experience with cloud architecture (AWS) and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and develop components using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud.
• Collaborate with architects, product management, and stakeholders across the lifecycle.
• Design data architectures and data manipulation across multiple databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Redis).
• Mentor junior developers and participate in testing and release processes.
