Qualifications

• Experience with Java in large-scale environments.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Quarkus, and ORM frameworks.
• Strong RDBMS design, performance tuning, and data migrations.
• Design and implement scalable REST and SOAP APIs with versioning/docs.
• Deep understanding of concurrency and distributed computing.
• Mentor teams; enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Experience deploying and maintaining production systems with reliability and observability.
• Advocate best practices across engineering teams.
