Job summary

BC Forward is seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer/Technical Lead in Charlotte to drive design, development, and delivery of high-volume Java applications. You will oversee architecture, coding standards, and CI/CD practices while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, and distributed systems, plus hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and REST/SOAP services. Hybrid onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java/J2EE and distributed systems.
