Job summary

Uline is seeking a Java Software Developer to design, develop and maintain robust Java applications at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will lead code reviews, influence architecture and mentor teammates in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

With 4+ years of Java and Spring experience, you will work across REST, microservices, JPA, SQL, JSON, SOAP and XML, embracing Agile practices and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on Java development with Spring in enterprise systems.
• Experience with REST web services, microservices, Git, JPA, SQL, JSON, SOAP, XML.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Craft, test and deploy robust Java applications aligned with business needs.
• Conduct code reviews, optimize performance and ensure responsiveness.
• Assist in architectural design reviews and project planning.
• Guide and mentor fellow developers and lead cross-functional practices.
