Uline is seeking a Senior Java Software Developer to lead design, deployment and maintenance of sophisticated Java applications at our Waukegan, IL site. Salary ranges from $96,000 to $148,000 per year, with on-site employment. 7+ years of Java full-stack experience and strong Spring, REST, and microservices skills are required.

Collaboration, mentoring and architectural input drive this role. Responsibilities include code reviews, performance optimization, and guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on Java full stack development with Spring.
• Experience with REST, microservices, Git, JPA, SQL, JSON, SOAP, XML.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Craft, test and deploy robust Java applications per business needs.
• Conduct code reviews, optimize performance and ensure responsiveness.
• Assist in architectural design reviews and project planning.
