Novacruitix is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join a remote development team on a contract basis. The role focuses on building scalable enterprise applications using Java and modern backend technologies.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of Java experience and is comfortable delivering RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-enabled solutions in a remote setting. Strong collaboration within Agile teams and independent work are valued.

Formación

• 5–10 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• AWS/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, Kafka, and Angular/React experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Java/J2EE applications.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate/JPA, and related frameworks.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and database integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support.
• Follow best practices for clean, secure, and maintainable code.
