ecosio GmbH in United States seeks a Senior Java Developer to help design, build, and test Java EE/Spring applications and to lead the Integration Hub architecture. You will drive tasks through the SDLC, review peer code, and contribute to secure, well-documented software.

The role emphasizes REST, microservices, and messaging, with a remote-first culture and a tech stack including AWS, Kubernetes, Apache Camel, Spring, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, and observability tools.

Formación

• Experience in the field of computer science or engineering.
• More than four years work experience as a Senior Java Developer or in a similar role.
• Experience in designing, building and testing Java EE or Spring applications.
• Java certifications (OCP or similar) is preferable.
• In-depth knowledge of popular Java messaging frameworks (Apache Camel, Spring Integration, etc.), message queues (e.g., JMS, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.) and databases (e.g. MongoDB, etc.)
• A passion for the topics of messaging, REST and microservices.
• A good command of written and spoken technical English.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and develop the Integration Hub and its architecture.
• Prioritize, assign and execute tasks across the software development life cycle.
• Review, test and debug team members’ code.
• Contribute to development documentation and ensure secure, up-to-date applications.
• Bring in new ideas and technologies.
