Encred is seeking a senior Java Developer to lead backend architecture and development of scalable Java applications and RESTful microservices. You will own end-to-end SDLC ownership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize databases for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive professional hands-on experience in enterprise software development and Java engineering.
• Strong, demonstrable operational expertise in core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• RESTful API development, database design, and object-relational mapping (ORM).
• Experience with performance profiling, debugging, and distributed systems architecture.
• Experience with Git, build automation tools (Maven, Gradle), and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to interact with stakeholders.
• Legal work authorization and ability to work remote during IST shift hours.

Responsabilités

• Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise Java applications and microservices.
• Build backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
• Design and secure RESTful APIs and messaging for high-throughput systems.
• Optimize database performance and write complex SQL queries.
• Implement automated unit and integration tests; participate in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and API specifications.
