Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude.
• Experience deploying Generative AI solutions including RAG, LLMs, LangChain.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Core, Spring Integration, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.
• Advanced experience developing SOAP and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance RCM workflows, including claims and denials processing.
• Collaborate with billing stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring technologies.
• Develop and implement SOAP and REST APIs for enterprise integrations.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
• Support the implementation of Generative AI solutions, including LLMs and RAG.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation and product capabilities.
• Participate in design, code reviews, testing, and production support.
