Matlen Silver seeks an Sr Java Developer for a 12-18 month contract in Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ. You will lead development in Treasury Monitoring and Deposits within the Money Transfer System (MTS) ACI environment, leveraging Java, AWS, Kafka, and Spring Boot for payments-focused solutions.

Requirements include 5–7 years of software development and substantial payments industry experience. W2 only, pay range $60-65/hr. On-site roles at two locations with strong financial tech focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications for Treasury Monitoring and Deposits within the MTS ACI environment.
• Collaborate with Payments domain experts to implement features and fixes.
• Contribute to development efforts in a payments-focused environment supporting money transfer and treasury systems.
