ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our Developer Services Software Engineering team in Baltimore, MD. You will build and support enterprise infrastructure and applications, mentoring teammates and shaping coding standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, with proficiency in Kotlin and AWS, plus Terraform/CI/CD. You will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions and contribute to incident response and optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong experience with the software development lifecycle and enterprise tools and services.
• Experience with Kotlin.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure components, especially AWS, including deployment and maintenance.
• Knowledge of core infrastructure capabilities such as operating systems, networking, identity, and access management.
• Experience with automation tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities
