Job summary

Polarits seeks a Senior Java Developer to design, build, and maintain Java applications with deep Life Sciences domain focus. This is a remote, EST-scheduled, W2 contract for 6 months+ with a Friday interview possibility.

The role requires strong Java and Spring Boot experience, plus Oracle WebLogic administration knowledge, and excellent cross-functional collaboration. Remote work with EST hours is offered.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of overall software experience.
• Life Sciences experience required; extensive Life Sciences strongly preferred.
• Java: 8–10 years of experience.
• Spring Boot: experience; version 4.3 desirable; 8–10 years of experience.
• Oracle: 8–10 years, including Oracle WebLogic Server administration and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications with a focus on Life Sciences domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
