Job summary

EY is seeking an FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager to join our Service Delivery Center and help design, build, test, deploy, and support technology solutions for diverse clients.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, apply agile methodologies, and ensure reliable systems and an excellent client experience, with up to 50% travel and a hybrid on‑site work expectation. This role also requires collaboration with client engagement teams during reviews and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in technology software development.
• Back-end experience with Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless; cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Front-end development with modern frameworks (React, Angular) or responsive design.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Cloud-native/Microservices architecture experience including IaaS, PaaS and containers.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit and integration testing; knowledge of TDD/BDD.
• Experience delivering digital projects using Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems.
• Design and architecture of large, business-critical systems.
