Job summary

EY’s FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager role is based in our Service Delivery Center and focuses on designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting technology solutions for clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead or contribute across the project lifecycle with a strong emphasis on DevOps, agile practices, and cloud-native architectures, while traveling up to 50% as needed to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in technology software development.
• Backend with Java, Python, Node.js; REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Frontend with React or Angular; responsive web design.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud-native/microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS and containers.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit and integration testing, TDD/BDD.
• Experience delivering digital projects using agile methodology.
• Familiarity with automated testing and integration of complex systems.
• Design and architecture of large, business‑critical systems.

• Deliver high‑quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
