Revolutional is seeking a Java Development & CI/CD SME to provide senior technical leadership and architectural guidance for a federal program. You will lead Java development, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software delivery while collaborating with engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and government stakeholders.

The role requires U.S. Citizenship, ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, and a track record of delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
• Extensive Java development and CI/CD experience in enterprise settings.
• Experience with secure software delivery and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for Java development and CI/CD architecture.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Guide modernization efforts and secure software delivery across programs.
• Provide architectural guidance and hands-on leadership to multiple Scrum teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with program objectives.
• Develop technical studies and execution plans with estimated effort.
