Job summary
Revolutional is seeking an experienced Java & CI/CD Technical Team Lead (SME) to guide day-to-day technical execution for a federal software development program. This hands-on leadership role combines deep Java engineering with ownership of CI/CD, delivery quality, and team coordination.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, Java development, or DevOps.
- Experience leading software engineering teams and mentoring.
- Hands-on Java development with Spring/Spring Boot and CI/CD expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily technical work for Java developers and CI/CD engineers.
- Provide hands-on Java engineering leadership and architecture guidance.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, build automation, testing, and secure release practices.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery commitments with Agile teams.
- Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing and DevSecOps practices.
