Qualifications

• 3-5 years of enterprise Java experience
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC and Spring Cloud expertise
• Microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) experience preferred
• Banking domain knowledge or payments background is a plus
• PCI-DSS, encryption, audit logging understanding is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead backend development team and architect microservices
• Design and implement microservices using Spring Boot
• Drive end-to-end technical delivery and integrations
• Optimize services for performance and scalability
• Ensure security standards compliance in banking domain
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform RCA
• Mentor junior engineers
