Job summary

Tech Mirrors in Jersey City is seeking a Sr Java Engineer to own the full software lifecycle onsite five days a week. You will contribute to enterprise-grade banking/financial services projects, building scalable backend services with Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.

You will design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices, collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, and DevOps, and drive engineering excellence through code reviews, performance tuning, and production support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and AWS in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Ability to own full software delivery lifecycle from analysis to production support.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete software delivery lifecycle including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop secure, scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver high-quality software.
