Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5–8 years in full-stack software development.
• 8+ years in Java development for backend systems.
• Experience with Spring Framework and microservices.
• Proven Agile, CI/CD, and distributed-team experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for Java-based backend solutions.
• Lead agile development and architecture design.
• Provide hands-on leadership for scalable data processing.
• Mentor engineers across distributed teams.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines and production readiness.
