Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in Java and JVM ecosystem with SpringBoot.
• Experience designing large-scale microservices and APIs.
• Proficient with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and performance.
• Experience leading teams and delivering high-availability systems.
• Fluent in building scalable backend services with sub-second latency.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical expertise and leadership to accelerate best engineering practices.
• Lead and participate in medium to large-scale projects and code development.
• Develop highly scalable services to process millions of requests daily.
• Design and develop backend microservices and APIs using JVM and other languages.
• Collaborate across teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support business by addressing user questions and facilitating resolutions.
• Drive high-visibility projects across the organization.
