Argyllinfotech is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer in Dallas, TX (onsite) to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. The role emphasizes performance tuning, REST APIs, and collaboration across teams to deliver robust solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and API design, with exposure to Node.js or Python FastAPI and GraphQL. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Java backend development.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring-based applications.
• Solid understanding of CPU and memory optimization techniques in backend apps.
• Experience in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js or Python FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture.
• Good understanding of SDLC, coding standards, and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend apps using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services for security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Analyze and optimize application performance focusing on CPU and memory usage.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement tuning techniques.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, architecture, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Develop or integrate services using Node.js or Python FastAPI as needed.
• Troubleshoot production and application-level issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Contribute to improving reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and adopt modern backend practices.
