Intelliforce-IT Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer for Mission Analytics. You will develop backend Java services, design RESTful APIs, and influence service boundaries within the DIGS program.

The role spans architecture decisions, data processing, and mission-focused software delivery. You’ll work in a fast-paced, systems-oriented environment with TS clearance requirements, collaborating across engineering, DevOps, and analytics teams to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• Requires Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph or equivalent (as stated).
• U.S. Citizenship required; visa sponsorship not available.
• 14 years of software engineering experience on similar programs.
• 7+ years backend Java experience and 3+ years cloud/distributed processing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services for DIGS capabilities.
• Make architectural decisions on service design and boundaries.
• Evaluate Spring vs lighter solutions for value and fit.
• Develop scalable software for high-complexity mission environments.
• Work with relational databases, ORM, and NoSQL data stores.
• Prototype data-processing and analytics for DIGS teams.
• Collaborate across software, systems, and DevOps disciplines.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold quality standards.
