Innova Solutions is hiring a Senior Java Developer for an onsite role in Malvern, PA. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable Java/J2EE back-end services and Angular front-ends while shaping secure cloud deployments on AWS and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, performance tuning, and driving architectural improvements across distributed systems in a financial services context.

Qualifications

• Overall minimum 10 years of experience as Java/J2EE Developer.
• Experience with AWS.
• Good experience with Angular or Angular JS.
• Good experience with CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using Angular alongside robust back-end services using Java/J2EE.
• Architect and implement secure cloud deployment leveraging AWS services (including ECS, ELB) and automate CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.
• Enhance, build, and optimize foundational tools and software products powering Financial platforms and advice offerings.
• Integrate and automate load, stress, and real-user testing into the development and production lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams supporting Advice Enablement and Financial Wellness journey.
• Communicate with Delivery managers and engagement teams, escalating issues as needed.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement and optimization.
