You will work on migrating legacy applications from TIBCO to Java and AWS, building robust microservices, and ensuring data consistency across interconnected services in a hybrid St.

Louis, MO environment. The role emphasizes reliability, event-driven architectures with Kafka, SQS, and EventBridge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Hands-on Java development experience building enterprise-scale apps.
• Experience designing and supporting transactional systems with data consistency.
• Strong AWS capabilities for cloud-based applications.
• Understanding of microservices and distributed system interactions.
• Experience modernizing or migrating legacy enterprise apps.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills across complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java code for large-scale transactional systems and microservices.
• Support modernization efforts, migrating legacy apps from TIBCO to Java and AWS.
• Migrate five applications across current and next year.
• Design reliable transactional workflows ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Develop event-driven architectures using Kafka, SQS, and EventBridge.
• Collaborate across interconnected systems to deliver accurate outage information.
• Troubleshoot complex system behaviors and improve reliability.
