Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced Java expert to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications for clients in the financial services sector. You will lead the IT Application Dev squad, drive architecture decisions, and ensure scalable, reliable solutions.

The role emphasizes mentoring, cross-functional collaboration with QA, DevOps, and Product Management, and staying current with Java technologies, REST, microservices, containers, and modern data stores.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in Java SE/EE, Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Security), Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization.
• Proficiency with relational databases and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Gradle.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical processes and designs for reliability, data integrity, and scalability.
