Tata Consultancy Services in the United States seeks a Sr Java Developer for the Bank of America contact center ecosystem. You will create, enhance, and support a suite of applications used daily by millions of customers.

You’ll work with stakeholders across the software development lifecycle, write design documents and user stories, and proactively optimize performance while solving complex integration challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science degree required.
• Experience in Java, Spring, and microservices architecture is essential.
• Familiarity with SQL databases Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support applications powering the Bank of America contact center ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the SDLC and create design documents and user stories.
• Proactively optimize performance and troubleshoot components as needed.
