Job summary

Innova Solutions seeks a Senior Java Solution Developer to design, build, and optimize mission critical applications and data platforms. You will own end to end engineering across backend services (Java/Spring) and data layers with a focus on performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

This hands-on role requires mentoring others, leading technical initiatives, and collaborating with AI platforms for cybersecurity solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, 5+ years in Java backend
• Expert-level SQL and Oracle experience with complex queries
• Hands-on experience with Graph databases and Cypher/Gremlin
• Strong Python experience and ML/AI tooling familiarity

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring, and REST APIs.
• Design and optimize Oracle schemas, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality.
• Integrate with Graph DBs and AI platforms for security graph visualization.
• Tune SQL and JVM performance to meet latency & throughput SLAs.
• Lead code reviews, mentor juniors, and collaborate with Product/Data/Platform teams.
• Ensure security and compliance with encryption, access controls.
