Job summary

The role requires strong Java Full Stack skills (React/Angular), experience with AWS, and leadership in AI-assisted development practices within an agile environment. Experience with financial services IT is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proven system design, development, testing, and operations.
• Strong Java Full Stack experience (React or Angular).
• Experience leading AI-assisted development tools and practices.
• Understanding of secure, resilient software delivery and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and analyzes complex problems.
• Delivers secure, high-quality production code and reviews peers' work.
• Promotes AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
