You will build intelligent systems using Java and Spring, drive AI adoption, and collaborate across engineering and architecture to deliver high-volume, secure cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with Java, Spring, cloud development, and high-volume transactions.
• 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML implementation and production deployment.
• 6+ years of containers and microservices in the cloud.
• 6+ years of cloud deployment in CI/CD environments.
• 2+ years with PCF, AWS, or GCP.
• 2+ years with MongoDB, Aerospike, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with GenAI coding assistants across the SDLC.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of GenAI coding assistants into engineering workflows for correctness and quality.
• Drive AI adoption for code generation, testing, reviews, and automation.
• Apply GenAI strategies to reduce context switching and accelerate delivery.
• Establish team practices for AI-assisted development, including prompt engineering.
• Develop large-scale Java/Spring solutions in cloud environments with high availability.
• Support IT transformations and modernization from legacy to distributed architectures.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and adjacent teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
