Job summary

Anchorage, United States-based McNear Agency Services LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee day-to-day janitorial operations supporting commercial and government facilities.

The Project Manager will supervise personnel, ensure contract compliance, maintain quality standards, manage customer relationships, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of janitorial or facilities management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing multiple employees.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to conduct inspections and quality control audits.
• Ability to pass background investigation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with government contracts preferred.
