Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of janitorial, custodial, or facilities management experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate employees
• Experience conducting quality control inspections
• Ability to create and manage employee schedules
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Government contracting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily management of janitorial operations across commercial and government facilities.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure contract requirements are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Supervise and motivate employees; maintain schedules and conduct inspections.
• Provide training and coordinate inventory management and operational support.
• Step into the Project Manager's responsibilities when needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
