Job summary

Six Mile, LLC is seeking a Janitorial Project Manager to lead janitorial service delivery under federal contracts. You will manage costs, submittals, logistics, labor, and project tasks, and coordinate the work of staff delivering janitorial services.

Under the General Manager, you will ensure contract compliance, safety standards, reporting, and schedule adherence while maintaining a positive team environment and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years custodial services management experience (in similar scope) is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities directly related to providing janitorial services.
• Receive assignments and establish timelines and goals to execute assignments.
• Apply quality oversight principles to service delivery issues, in compliance with contract specifications.
• Train and supervise assigned staff; interviewing and selecting employees; coordinating transfers, reassignments, terminations, and disciplinary actions; ensuring substitute coverage; creating schedules.
• Prepare and manage budgets.
• Coordinate requisitioning and purchasing of janitorial service supplies and equipment.
• Control and authorize expenditures within established limitations and purchasing rules.
• Develop contract specifications and scope of work.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety standards.
• Instruct employees in safety procedures.
• Perform incidental tasks related to the position.
• Carry out various duties to support team goals.
