Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks an Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 (IV Compounding) to manage IV automation and Omnicell equipment for daily dispensing. You will ensure optimal inventory, perform advanced troubleshooting, and coordinate with the Pharmacy Services Manager to address customer concerns.

The role requires NH-licensed pharmacy technician credentials and experience with IV compounding in a healthcare/pharmacy setting, with a day shift at the Lebanon, NH site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB / EXCPT) required.
• Active NH State Pharmacy Technician License/Registration if required.
• Working knowledge / familiarity of IV compounding.

Responsibilities

• Perform IV automation tasks in an aseptic, error free manner, consistent with prescribed guidelines.
• Perform IV automation equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Follow Safe Handling of Hazardous Drugs procedures when handling medications.
• Identify/order medications to ensure inventories are at optimal levels.
• Monitor and order consumable supplies for equipment operation.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and maintenance of IV automation equipment and report issues.
• Maintain communication with pharmacy services manager and customer to resolve concerns.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by aligning the Pharmacy Services Program to provide quality support.
