Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks an Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 (IV Compounding) in New Hampshire to maintain Omnicell IV equipment and unit-dose medications for daily dispensing. You will manage inventory, perform advanced troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with IV procedures.

You will work with the Pharmacy Services Manager to address customer concerns and maintain high service levels in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active National Pharmacy Technician Certificate (PTCB / NHA), e.g., CPhT/EXCPT.
• Active NH State Pharmacy Technician license/registration.
• Familiarity with IV compounding.

Responsibilities

• Perform IV automation tasks aseptically and accurately.
• Maintain IV automation equipment cleanliness and calibration.
• Follow hazardous drugs handling procedures.
• Identify/order medications to keep optimal inventory.
• Monitor and order consumables for equipment operation.
• Troubleshoot IV automation equipment and report issues.
• Communicate with Pharmacy Services Manager and customers.
• Ensure customer-focused support and timely issue resolution.
• Comply with IV compounding procedures and guidelines.
• Complete negative fingertip and media fill sampling.
• Maintain credentialing to meet guidelines.
