Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active national Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or ExCPT).
• Active CA Pharmacy Technician license/registration.
• Working knowledge of sterile/IV compounding.

Responsibilities

• Perform IV automation tasks in an aseptic, error-free manner per SOPs.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly IV automation equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Follow Safe Handling of Hazardous Drugs procedures.
• Identify/Order medications to keep inventories at optimal levels.
• Monitor and order consumables for equipment operation.
• Troubleshoot and maintain IV automation equipment; report issues.
• Complete fingertip and media fill sampling.
• Maintain proactive communication with operations manager and customer.
• Ensure customer-focused support and documentation compliance.
• Provide training and ensure completion of required documents and policies.
• Adhere to travel policies and corporate card procedures.
