Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• PTCB or NHA certification (CPhT/EXCPT).
• OH state license/registration for Pharmacy Technician.
• Knowledge of IV compounding and sterile techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform IV automation tasks aseptically per SOPs.
• Clean and maintain IV automation equipment regularly.
• Follow Safe Handling of Hazardous Drugs procedures.
• Identify and order medications to optimize inventory.
• Monitor consumables and prepare consumption reports.
• Troubleshoot automation equipment and report issues.
• Complete fingertip and media fill sampling.
• Communicate with pharmacy ops manager and customers.
• Ensure documentation aligns with procedures and policies.
• Maintain fiscal responsibility and adhere to travel policies.
